Preferred- included in the Preferred Plan is everything that comes with the Starter Plan, plus additional minutes included. Also, under the

Preferred Plan you gain the ability to record your calls, receive texts, and schedule where your phone number is directed by time of day, among other features.

Premium – The Premium Plan includes everything in the Preferred Plan, with additional minutes included. Furthermore, you gain the ability to record calls, receive texts, get voicemail transcriptions, start HD video conferencing, create custom greetings and much more.
