What are the available service plans for toll-free numbers? RingBoost offers a variety of plans for toll-free customers that include a certain number of free minutes.

These packages can range from 100 included minutes, up to thousands of minutes depending on what you need. Each package includes a flat per-minute overage rate as well.

What happens if I need more minutes? You may change your plan at any time, once you have a better sense of your call trends. Please note that unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.

What is included in a service plan? Each plan has a stated number of included minutes, the set overage rate, and access to a number management portal. Within the portal, you can change or schedule your ring-to number, monitor call volume and trends, activate call recording, block unwanted callers, and arrange for call notification emails. Many customers opt to activate whisper tone technology to know who is calling before you answer. Toll-free texting is available for most numbers.

How can I change my service plan? Toll-free plans can be upgraded at any time to include additional minutes at a discounted rate. Simply contact us to adjust your plan as needed.
